Order Cancellations
If your shipment has not arrived and you believe it may be lost or delayed, please reach out to us immediately by phone (1.833.867.8337) or e-mail (contact@lightningtees.com).
We ship only within the contiguous United States and offer three options:
- Ground (1-5 days)
- 2 Day
- Next Day
Upon checkout, you will be presented with these three options and their associated costs. By selecting a shipping option, the estimated delivery date will also be displayed.
Shipping is not a profit center for us. The shipping rates we charge you are the shipping rates we pay plus $1.50 handling to cover materials and packing. We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers and our standard production window is 9 business days (although we regularly process orders more quickly). Your estimated delivery date is our standard production window + the shipping estimate associated with the shipping option you select.
However, sometimes standard approaches don’t get the job done. Sometimes you need your customized apparel fast – really fast. We call these situations t-shirt emergencies and they do happen! If you are experiencing such an emergency, we can help. Please complete our Rush Order Form (below) or call us <call link> and we will move mountains to get your apparel to you, your way, by your desired date. We have a simple pricing model for expedited processing – $25 flat fee plus $1.50 per/item.
